We’re ready to get both drinks and hundreds of oysters on ice, our panoply of readers are clearing their throats, and the trays are waiting to bear canapés. In just a few days we’ll be having our first Buffet party, in collaboration with Resident, Island Creek Oysters, and Holiday Vodka and celebrating the release of Picador’s new editions of MFK Fisher’s The Art of Eating.
